I just finished listening to a Table Talk episode where Pamela and her guests were sharing healthy tips for this upcoming holiday season. One thing they stressed was that these aren't just tips for those parties and New Year's Resolutions, they are ways to change your life one step at a time. And that is SO helpful. We need to change our lifetimes, not just our days. I particularly liked this episode as her guest was from an organization whose focus was cancer survivors. As a cancer survivor, I now know the importance of healthy lifestyle changes, not just during my treatment, but for life as a survivor.
