She is an expert in equal opportunities since 1998 and has been working as a leadership coach for 20 years. She is a published author and has created a comedy book about women called “Stand Up and Sock it to Them Sisters”. She actually has a show about the French Singer Édith Piaf. She loves working with women who are just under a glass ceiling level and enables women to smash through the glass ceiling and achieve success. Since the covid came, she's been speaking to the public through zoom and podcasts.
